With our dewatering plants the following material flows can be processed:

Depending on the respective task, mechanical dewatering systems or static filter equipment are used. Our systems are individually adapted to each problem.

 

Belt filter and centrifuge plants

​

If large quantities of sludge have to be dewatered continuously, either centrifuges or belt filter presses are used. To ensure that the dewatering performance of each plant remains constant at all times, we connect a wide range of processing steps with their respective dewatering systems upstream. These include coarse material screens, homogenisation plants or other conditioning equipment. The complete plants operate fully automatically and can be equipped with online monitoring if required.

 

Chamber filter presses

 

If high dry matter contents are required in the filter cake, chamber filter presses are used for sludge dewatering. We also offer tailor-made complete solutions for these systems. Depending on the task, we equip the respective plant with a complete lime milk preparation system or other conditioning equipment.

 

Static drainage device

Smaller quantities of sludge, which also accumulate discontinuously, are dewatered using disposable filter belts or filter bags. We supply these systems either manually or fully automatically.

 

Operational monitoring and plant maintenance

​

With our remote monitoring system we can monitor and control every technical process 24 hours a day. With this system, our mobile maintenance personnel are able to rectify faults in the shortest possible time.
