Systems for suspension, sediment & sludge dewatering
perfectly tailored to your needs
Our dewatering systems can be used to treat the following material streams, among others:
- Water sediments
- Suspensions
- Digestate
- Uranium-containing liquid waste
- Liquid residues
- Paste-like slurries
Depending on the specific task at hand, mechanical dewatering systems or static filter systems are used. Our systems are individually tailored to each specific problem.
What sets our drainage systems apart:
Belt filter and centrifuge systems
When large volumes of sludge need to be dewatered continuously, either centrifuges or belt filter presses are used. To ensure that the dewatering capacity of each system remains constant, we incorporate a wide variety of pretreatment steps using appropriate dewatering systems. These include, among others, coarse solids separators, homogenization systems, and other conditioning equipment. The complete systems operate fully automatically and can be equipped with online monitoring if required.
Chamber filter presses
When high dry matter content in the filter cake is required, chamber filter presses are used for sludge dewatering. We also offer customized turnkey solutions for these systems. Depending on the specific application, we equip the system with a complete lime milk treatment system or other conditioning equipment.
Static drainage system
Smaller volumes of sludge, which are also generated intermittently, are dewatered using disposable filter belts or filter bags. We supply these systems in either manual or fully automatic versions.
Operational Monitoring and Equipment Maintenance
With our remote monitoring system, we can monitor and control every process 24 hours a day. This system enables our mobile maintenance staff to resolve any issues that arise in the shortest possible time.
