Biogas from straw

Our Autumn Loop Reactor® can convert rice straw, soybean straw, and other lignocellulosic waste materials into biogas. The specific biogas yield exceeds 350 Nm³ per ton of straw, with a methane concentration of more than 60%. The process includes integrated digestate treatment, including MAP precipitation for the recovery of phosphorus and ammonium.

Wastewater & drinking water treatment

We offer processes for removing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonium (NH₄⁺), arsenic, and phosphate from the aqueous phase. Our systems are used, among other applications, in the production of drinking water from bank filtrate, as well as in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

From siloxane removal and adsorptive and biological hydrogen sulfide removal to autumn biofilters for high flow rates - our gas cleaning processes reliably protect gas engines and CHP components from harmful contaminants. For biogas desulfurization, we offer both in-situ processes using iron hydroxide and downstream adsorbers.

Our dewatering systems efficiently separate solids from the liquid phase. These processes are suitable for sewage sludge, industrial suspensions, and sediments, and can be adapted to meet various dry residue requirements.

Plastic waste incineration plants

Our decentralized small-scale incineration plants enable the thermal recovery of plastic waste and other organic residues. This process generates superheated steam or electricity with a capacity ranging from 100 kWel to 3 MWel. By using an absorption refrigeration system, unused waste heat can also be converted into process cooling.
